Article Processing Charge

Article Processing Charges (APC)

To cover the costs of providing our publishing service and free access to readers, authors pay a one-off Article Processing Charge (APC) for manuscripts accepted after peer review. The APC covers the costs of the publication process (copyediting, text formatting, preparation of figures and tables, etc.), including the administration of the peer-review process, the permanent archiving of the articles, the administration of the website (hosting of the article files, maintenance and support of the articles on the website), the promotion of the journal and of the articles (to disseminate the content of the journal throughout the world, to provide indexing services, etc.), and customer support.

There are no submission fees for this journal. There is no charge for rejected articles.

Please note that authors will only be asked for APC if the article is accepted for publication. Payment instructions will be sent during the publication process.

APC Waivers and Discounts

JCCCI aims to encourage and enable authors from all countries to share their scientific knowledge with others and learn from the scientific understanding of others. In this regard, individual waiver requests from authors will be considered case-by-case. APC (Article Processing Charge) waivers and discounts are often provided by publishers to support researchers facing financial constraints. These incentives may be available for authors from low- and middle-income countries, students, or early-career researchers. Discounts can also be granted through institutional agreements, memberships, or promotional initiatives to encourage broader accessibility.

Refunds or Cancellations Policy

Refunds or cancellations policies outline terms for reclaiming payments or halting services. Typically, they detail eligibility, timeframes, and conditions for refunds, such as service non-delivery or cancellation requests within a specified period. These policies ensure transparency, protect consumers, and may include deductions for administrative fees or partial refunds in certain cases.
